Executive Message: Friends

When I look at the partnership that exists between XanGo and its distributors I see something remarkable. I see an uncommonly close relationship and an impressive warmth there. In all of my years of networking, I have never seen distributors and corporate employees be so focused on a single common goal, to build a billion dollar brand. By uniting our focus, we accelerate our collective success.

I’ve especially admired our connection since last month’s Elite Summit, which we enjoyed with 100K-and-above leaders. As distributors, founders and employees all gathered with the solitary focus to develop and strengthen leadership in every organization, I saw an element of friendship and camaraderie uncommon in business. Oftentimes, when a company gets large it also spreads too thin, relationships get impersonal and communication becomes spotty. But with XanGo, the larger we get, the stronger our network becomes. For the first time, we’re able to launch a worldwide campaign that will reach every market and every distributor with the same message: Double Up!

Meanwhile, we’re in the midst of a huge city meetings push, reaching out to new distributors and ensuring they become an integral force in this partnership. Simultaneously, we have a strong set of regional events this year—starting in Louisville, moving on to Australia, Vancouver, Mexico and Las Vegas. I’m excited for these upcoming events. It’s always great to get out and see our distributors working hand in hand with our employees. Do all you can to personally attend and participate in these events. And, in a first quarter where we’re seeing tremendous sales momentum, now is the perfect time to get out and give yourself a pay raise.
